We’re investing in training and research to build teams of technology experts within the group who deeply understand the environmental impact of digital products and are able to design and advocate for better alternatives.
Internally, we do everything that we can to minimise our environmental footprint, which last year was a tiny 0.23 carbon tonnes per employee*.
This year, we pledge to measure as much of our waste and emissions as we can, not just the stuff we have to. We will also continue to operate as a carbon neutral business by offsetting anything that we can’t cut out at the current EU price. We will focus these funds on projects which are supporting people who are the most vulnerable to the effects of climate change.
