Enhancing digital experiences at National Trust

Manifesto is working with National Trust to improve digital experiences for existing supporters, engage new supporters, and showcase the charity’s amazing conservation work.

The challenge

With over four million members and a large, distributed team of editors, National Trust needed a digital partner with specialist innovation, strategic and creative capabilities to help continuously improve digital experiences for existing and potential supporters.

The solution

Manifesto has collaborated closely with National Trust to innovate a number of new products and campaigns, including a relaunch of the organisation’s commercial Holidays offering – a major source of revenue.

The results

  • Successful relaunch of the Trust’s main website
  • Developed proof of concept to aid multi-channel digital communications
